CALLING ALL BEER NERDS!

Laughing Monk Brewing has collaborated with Berkeley Brewing Science (BBS) to select a new yeast strain that incorporates genes extracted from basil and mint plants to produce some amazing flavor additions. CONTROL is a beautifully clean American Pale ale (5.5% ABV) and SCIENCE is the exact same beer, fermented instead with BBS High Sierra Yeast. Both beers are awesome on their own or drank side-by-side for the best experience.
