In 1320 the Scots hoisted the Declaration of Arbroath, declaring independence from the English. (This was used as a template in 1776, by another mob of upstarts.)

Come celebrate things Scottish at Taplands, with the NorCal Shinty team and other thirsty recalcitrants. Kilt wearing and bagpipes encouraged! And there will be a Shinty demonstration.
