Congratulations Santa Clara County for getting to the Orange Tier. We’re moving in the right direction. Now, what does this mean for Taplands? Short answer is very little. As of October 14, we will no longer require a kitchen item be ordered with your beer. As far as inside seating, well, that’s a little more challenging. In normal times, max capacity is 44, which means now we could allow 11 people inside. But after carefully reading the rules, it just doesn’t make any sense - (tables must be 10 feet apart, parties must be from the same household, guest documentation for contract tracing, and no bar seating). So, for the time being, we will not be serving folks inside. We eagerly await the day we can serve our customers inside, especially at the bar. Cheers!
