Brews & Brines returns to Taplands during SF Beer Week with a focus on one of the most underrated pairings: beer and oysters.
We’ll be pairing fresh oysters with beer styles that naturally complement their mineral-rich complexity, including:

Farmhouse ales
These styles offer peppery, citrusy, and dry profiles that enhance the briny character of oysters. We’ll also be pouring an oyster stout, brewed using oyster shells, adding depth and a subtle salinity to this classic style.
